* What happend the last 2 weeks? (Addressing current projects)
  * Fatih: ONAP, Jenkins, Gerrit, CI support, Project import, and dev onboarding. 
  * Jan-Erik: Lab report. 
  * Phil, big data at BTH.  
  * Sofia, wiki status. 
  * Chris: Swedsoft/Copenhagen, what happened? Multi-cloud? 
  * Anyone else? 
* How should we work in the future?  
* Governance and expectations? 
* Nominees for chairman role? 

Notes: 
* Last 2 weeks: 
  * Fatih: More people have joined lately, enable additional ONAP project support. 
    * Mail about branching strategy, how to do it? Want to implement new features. Disussion going on on the lists. 
    * TC will listen to the findings, and maybe create additional branches. 
    * If opinions around branching, respond to the discuss mailinglist. But there might be a challenge to support multiple branches. 
    * Everyone invited to join in the discussion. Details in the mail. Expectation to raise topic in january. 
  * Jan-Erik: On going. Some HW delivered. Work in progress. Take a few weeks until bare metal machines are operational. 
  * Phil: Presented to students around possible projects. Work in progress to recruit students. 
  * Chris (Fatih): Multi cloud project will start in january, will join TC meeting and talk about their project. Around february. 
  * Thomas: Postponed licensing decision until january. Nordix has been present in internal presentations at Ericsson. More news in january. Fatih has also pushed internally as well to simplify open source work. 

* Coming 2 weeks: 
  * Christmas holidays.

* Daniel: Arrange in person meeting to define governance and expectations and appoint new chairman. Ask Chris to arrange physical TC meeting in late january. 
* Developers: Discuss branch strategy in Nordix repo (https://lists.nordix.org/pipermail/discuss/2018-December/000032.html) and report to TC to make a decision. Background in linked email.
